Terms of service

By using MarketStand you agree to these terms. If you are using MarketStand on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

You are responsible for the URLs and content you submit. Don't brief operators on sites you do not have the right to analyze, and don't use the service to harass or defame anyone.

Paid plans renew monthly until you cancel. You can cancel any time from the billing portal — your subscription continues until the end of the current period and then ends.

Trial periods are clearly labeled at checkout. We do not refund partial periods, but if something goes wrong, email us and we will work it out.

Don't reverse engineer the service, attempt to scrape it at scale, or use it to generate spam, malware, or content that violates someone else's rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service.

The service is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee that operator drafts are free of errors or suited for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing any draft before publishing it under your brand.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous twelve months.

We may update these terms occasionally. If a change is material we will notify active users by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
